Any time you edit these settings you must re-enter your password (in both incoming and outgoing mail settings) for security purposes.

Gmail

You must first enable IMAP Access in your GMail Settings!

Incoming Mail Server: imap.gmail.com
Server Type: IMAP-SSL
User Name: Your email address
Password: Your password

From Address: The address that should appear as the sender of the email
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.gmail.com
Server Type: SMTP
User Name: Your email address
Password: Your password

Other Mail Server

If your email service can't be found on at this link please ask your email provider what type of mail server and address you should use.
